Frontline training in Las Vegas

The Las Vegas Director of Public Safety will focus on personal safety and the importance of physical safety for frontline personnel, especially when you are in the field. There will be situational training that will allow you to practice your Verbal Judo skills and practice your de-escalation tactics. Once we have leveraged our personal awareness capabilities, we will be joined by experts from Parker Technologies who will dig deeper into customer interactions focused on counter/phone interactions. We’ve all been through it and it’s never easy.
