In this session, Brian and Tammy will outline the template to becoming part of someone’s everyday operation.
They will identify key areas where failures occur, use data to validate areas to target and root causes, and provide a roadmap to overcoming obstacles.
This includes concepts such as process change, communication links and employee training.
They will also demonstrate how to keep key stake holders in the loop, as part of the decision making process. And lastly, they will explain how to report on progress and ongoing maintenance.
