Execution

This webinar discusses linkages between strategic intent and desired outcomes in the context of plan execution.  We will identify obstacles to effective execution of plans and the tactics for developing teams that are highly engaged in producing consistent results.  We will also look at leadership qualities, and self-inspection of what it takes to create a culture of high-performing teams that execute. The limitations and motivators within our higher education environments will be considered.  Participants will develop a plan of engagement and staff development to improve teamwork, execution and desired future state culture for achieving strategic outcomes.
