As the workforce becomes increasingly diverse and multigenerational, supervisors are increasingly finding that managing people is the most stressful part of their positions.

This presentation will focus on highlighting some of the key concerns and difficulties of supervising a younger workforce, as well as strategies for navigating potential conflicts, supporting supervisees’ needs while managing business needs, encouraging resilience among supervisees, and managing our own stress in the meantime.
